The organizational structure of the Argentina-China Business Association (CEAC) is well-established and the division of labor is clear. The General Assembly is the highest authority responsible for major decisions and direction setting. The board of directors executes the resolutions of the general meeting of members, formulates annual plans, and supervises daily operations. The Executive Council exercises some powers and handles important affairs during the period when the Council is not in session. As a permanent office, the Secretariat is responsible for daily administration, member services, and event organization. The Chinese Affairs Department and the Argentine Affairs Department are respectively responsible for regional cooperation between the two countries and promoting economic and trade exchanges. The Enterprise Department and the Business Department are respectively responsible for enterprise cooperation and commercial promotion, promoting cooperation in fields such as new energy vehicles and digital economy. The advisory team provides strategic guidance and professional advice to assist the development of the association. The Supervision Department supervises the implementation of finance and regulations to ensure legality and compliance. Collaboration among various institutions to promote economic and trade cooperation and development between China and Argentina.

1.Membership Meeting

Responsibilities: As the highest authority, responsible for reviewing the association's articles of association, electing council members, reviewing work reports, approving annual plans and budgets, and making decisions on the association's development direction and major decisions.

2.The Council

Responsibilities: To implement the resolutions of the general meeting of members, formulate the annual work plan and budget of the association, supervise the daily operation of the association, report work to the general meeting of members, elect members of the executive council, and be responsible for the association's external representation and liaison work.

3.Executive Council

Duties: Elected by the Council, responsible for exercising some of the Council's powers during the Council's recess, handling important affairs of the Association, formulating policies and strategies of the Association, supervising the daily operation of the Association, and reporting work to the Council.

4.Secretariat

Responsibilities: As a permanent office, responsible for the daily administrative management, member services, event organization, document drafting, conference preparation, and other work of the association, coordinating the relationships between various departments within the association, and ensuring the normal operation of the association.

5.Chinese Affairs Department and Argentine Affairs Department

Responsibilities: Responsible for cooperation affairs between China and Argentina regions, including promoting cooperation projects between enterprises of the two countries, organizing economic and trade exchange activities, providing market information and consulting services, assisting enterprises in solving problems encountered in each other's countries, and promoting the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.

6.Enterprise Department

Responsibilities: Responsible for promoting cooperation and development between enterprises, organizing enterprise exchange activities, providing investment consulting and market analysis services, assisting enterprises in handling relevant procedures, promoting cooperation and innovation in the fields of new energy vehicles, digital economy, green energy, and new materials, and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

7.Department of Commerce

Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for commercial exchanges and promotion work, organizing various commercial activities such as forums, exhibitions, and promotional events, promoting commercial cooperation and trade exchanges between Chinese and Argentine enterprises, promoting business opportunities and investment environment between the two countries, and enhancing the level and efficiency of commercial cooperation between the two countries.

8.Advisory team

Duties: Composed of experienced and knowledgeable experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, etc., to provide strategic guidance and professional advice for the development of the association, assist the association in solving problems encountered in economic and trade cooperation, policies and regulations, market analysis, etc., and enhance the professional level and influence of the association.

9.Supervision Department

Duties: Supervise the financial management, implementation of the articles of association, and the work of the board of directors of the association, ensure that the operation of the association is legal and compliant, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, report the supervision situation to the general meeting of members, and provide corrective opinions and suggestions for violations.
