CAMARA EMPRESARIAL ARGENTINA CHINA (CEAC) is a non-profit bilateral economic cooperation organization voluntarily formed by Argentine and Chinese corporate legal persons, business people, and investment institutions, with legal personality. The association is registered in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, and can also establish representative or liaison offices in China, aiming to promote economic and trade cooperation, investment promotion, and industrial docking between the two countries, with a focus on new energy vehicles, digital economy, green energy, and new materials.

1.Main functions and business scope

(1) Economic and trade promotion: Organize enterprise exchange activities, hold forums, exhibitions, and promotion events, edit and publish economic and trade materials, and maintain online information platforms.

(2) Service Support: Provide investment consulting, market analysis, legal and tax services, and assist enterprises in handling trade and investment procedures.

(3) Rights and Interests Protection: Provide suggestions and recommendations to government agencies, protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, and cooperate with other international business associations.

2.Organizational Structure

The association has a general meeting of members (the highest authority), a council (executive body), a standing council, and a secretariat (permanent office). Members are divided into three categories: ordinary members, council members, and honorary members. The current chairman is Chen Bin, who also serves as the president of the Argentine Lianjiang Fellow Association and participated in the military parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japan in 2025.

3.International cooperation

As a member of overseas Chinese funded business associations, Argentina-China business associations play a bridge role between the government and enterprises by integrating resources, and participate in cooperation projects under the "the Belt and Road" framework. In September 2025, representatives of the association also attended the International Business Association Conference to promote deep cooperation between China and Argentina in renewable energy, infrastructure and other fields.
