On January 26, 2026, the Fourth Session of the 13th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference opened in Fuzhou. During the session, Chen Bin, Chairman of the Argentina-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated in the entire meeting agenda as an overseas specially invited observer, actively offering suggestions and contributions to the economic and social development of Fujian Province.

During his attendance, Chairman Chen Bin focused on issues such as Fujian Province's opening up, the integration of overseas Chinese resources, and international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. He proposed in the group discussion that the bridging role of overseas business associations should be further leveraged to promote in-depth cooperation between Fujian and the Middle East in economic, trade, and cultural fields, which received positive responses from the attending committee members.

The Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) has always attached great importance to the participation of overseas Chinese. This meeting invited more than 200 overseas representatives from over 30 countries and regions to attend as observers. The participation of Chairman Chen Bin reflects the importance that the Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPPCC places on overseas Chinese associations, and also highlights the positive role of the Argentina-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry in promoting Sino-foreign exchanges.
