Huang Jinfa, Vice President of Fujian Overseas Friendship Association, Ren Qiang, Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Argentina, Javier Losada, Secretary General of the Argentine Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Advisor of the Argentine Chinese Business Association, and Chen Bin, President of the Argentine Argentine Chinese Business Association, jointly unveiled the plaque. The Argentine Argentine Chinese Business Association, composed of Chinese businessmen and elites from the Argentine business community, has officially set sail.

    Chen Bin, President of the Argentine Chinese Business Association, spoke first.
