On March 14, 2024, Hong Lei, Director General of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accepted a copy of the credentials submitted by the newly appointed Argentine Ambassador to China, Ma Zhiyuan. Ambassador Ma Zhiyuan arrived in China on March 7th.
